Hi Sir,
My name is Mohit Verma and I made a payment of Rs. 500/ on the airtel web portal on 9th March 2013 for my prepaid number 9650943240. Transaction ID for the same is 120142. The amount from my Standard Chartered credit card got debited instantaneously but I didn’t get the recharge amount. I called the Airtel customer care support and they promised that I will get the topup for the same or the amount will be credited in my statement in the next month cycle. It has been 4 months now and I have still not received any amount in my bank statement and haven’t received the benefit on my prepaid number.I contacted my credit card bank and they have given me the Confirmation Reference Number against which Airtel has received this money. This number is 7001007825.
I have been contacting airtel customer care every month and also providing them the Confirmation Reference Number that standard chartered bank has given me, and every time they raise a complaint and next day I always get a message that “we tried contacting you, but you were not available, hence closing the ticket”.
Latest complaints that I have are:
One complaint is: 3061411139500 on 14th June
Another one is: CONRC30706132740 on 6th July.
Please look into this matter and kindly provide me justice in this case as I have been harassed mentally because of this.
