Name of company/service: AIRTEL

I AM FROM SALEM,TAMILANADU,INDIA.

HERE I AM TELLING ABOUT A BIG NETWORK’S SERVICE,I AM HAD A POSTPAID CONNECTION IN AIRTEL,BEFORE 3 MONTHS I WANT TO CHANGE INTO A PREPAID CONNECTION ON THE SAME NUMBER,SO I AM PAID PENDING BILL OF NUMBER,THEY ARE GIVE ME A NEW SIMCARD OF PREPAID CONNECTION,BUT TILL NOW THAT CARD WAS NOT ACTIVATED,AFTER FEW DAYS I AM ASKED TO A LOCAL AIRTEL CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE,BUT THEY DID NOT RESPOND TO ME.

IF THEY ARE LOOK ME LIKE A TOY,BECAUSE THE SERVICE EXECUTIVES ARE REALLY A BAD PERSONS IN THIS OFFICE.
