Poor reliance All services .

Hi To all Reliance family ,

THis is very poor service from all of you .
last day i recharge with 150 but till evning i lost my all balacnce.
for inquiry i call at customer care service where customer care officer pic the call and put on hold for 20-25 minute .and after that suddenlly cut the call …
this heppend 6 time and at last the officer name ashok pick the call again and told me that he going to transfer my call to senior devision and the other person name RAHul told me ” Ha bete mai tera Baap Bol Raha hu ” and end the call

i ask reliance is it right service from all of your side ?
this is way to talk with customer?
i am with reliance from last 4 years but now its too much

i m going to port my no. now .
