Wrong and defective product.

Dear Forum,

Please find below series of communication to rediff shopping regarding one product but didn’t receive any response till date.

I have ordered one item from rediff “Power Drill Machine” which was delivered at my place on 29/06/2013. There are three problems with this,

1. I have tried calling customer since same day atleast more than 20 times everytime i get message “All our customer care executives are busy on another call”.

2. The item received is not as per the item shown on the box. It is an old drilling machine not the latest one.

3. The item is not working and is in damaged condition.

Kindly reply at the earliest and replace the item with the actual one.
