cheating by tata photon

15 days back i purchased a tata photon device through their customer care and it proved to be the biggest mistake of my life.starting from day 1 i have an isssue of low and sometimes no speed( i was promised 3.1 mps), they keep on deactivating my connection(they say coz of negative varification) but never comes for verification though i myself have called them up several times to come for verification but no 1 appears but i get a message on my no that my issue has been resolved. and again my no gets deactivated and i again have to call customer care begging them to reactivate it. this has now become a viscious cycle and m fed up of it. now i want to surrender this bullshit to these guys and want my money back(they have taken 2 months advance). please help..
