I’ve been cheated by BIG BAZAAR (FUTURE VALUE RETAIL LIMITED) esplanade metropolitan building, 7 J.L. Nehru Road, kolkata 700 013. On the june 01st 2013 in billing problem, I’ve been charged extra 35 rupees. Its just mere of amount but its not about amount or money its all about a precious customer dealing and being fair to the customer.
