Dear sir
It is a matter of may12, 2013 when I had a problem in my handset and I submitted it to the local htc’s service station for repaire the problem but due to poor service my handset couldn’t get repaired after four consecutive services each service cost minimum 7working days now the recent status is , I had submit my handset again on 16 june 2013 but on july 7, 2013 no response from the company side.company neither ready to give me service or replacement till date
Now my last hope is you , I want my money back with penalty which is as rs 17000 handset cost as on oct 25, 2012 , I had spent 7 working days for the whole issue which is aprox 15000 and other expenses equal to rs 2000 , total cliam I want rs 34000
