On 01/07/2013 we had been travelled in KSRTC club class Airavat leaving from Bangalore Shanthinagar at 11:20am to Chennai, bus no: KA 57 F 242.
The conductor in charge collected Rs. 842*2=Rs. 1684 from me for two full tickets. When I checked with KSRTC online the fair was Rs.669 per person. And also I noticed the same within the bus few people were travelling with this fair of Rs. 669 and conductor was issuing the ticket of Rs. 842. So I request you to please refund excess amount collected from me. My Accont No is 01292200044016 at Syndicate Bank Palimar, IFSC: SYNB0000129.
The conductor admitted his mistake later on at around 3:00PM but not refunded the amount stating silly reason and saying that ticket once issued can’t be rectified and he refused to pay back the money. Hence I have approached you for necessary action and for the refund.
I also request you for an enquiry against this if this excess fair collected was not credited to the department. Expecting necessary action from you at the earliest.
