Dear Sir/madam,
I beg to state that I am Jibesh Chandra Mitra from Asansol. I made a tour for Haridwar and Hrishikesh in the month of march 2013.In Haridwar I tried to draw Rs.1000 from my State bank of India account by a SBI Patiala ATM Machine on 17th March2013 at 10:30a.m.. But I could not receive the cash in time and the money entered back in the machine. I contacted customer care of SBI and my SBI branch. They made correspondence with SBI Patiala requesting to refund the money in my account and gave me a photocopy of the e mail. But till date I did not get my money. I am very much harassed by my branch of bank but they are saying they has nothing to do in it, it is a matter of SBI Patiala. So being hopeless and helpless, I have come to consumer forum for justice. Please lodge my complaint and do the needful as soon as possible so that a middle class man can get his money of diligence. My SBI account branch is at Bijpur, Dist.Burdwan ,West Bengal.
