i bought HCL ME Y2 tab on 28.10.2012 from e world, siliguri. After 7 months, i faced power on problem. I called customer care. They suggested me to visit service centre.i submit my tab to C.M. SERVICES, PATNA. they said in 15 days your problem will solved. My job sheet no. was 350. But they took 1 month and 2 days. When i came back at my home with tab, i faced the same problem. I called customer care and service centre again. They talked like hell. Now i want my Rs. 14800 back with compensation of harrasment of rs 2500 beause my house is 60 km away from nearest service centre.
