HI…. WE ARE FACING LOT OF SERVICE ISSUES WITH AIRTEL FOR THE ABOVE NUMBER SINCE PAST 2 YRS ALMOST. ATLEAST MONTHLY ONES THERE IS A NO NETWORK ISSUE OR SOME FAULT WITH THE CABLE. ITS THERE REGULAR PRACTICE AT THE CS SAYING “IT WILL BE RESOLVED WITHIN 4 HOURS N ILL TAKE UP THE MATTER PERSONALLY N SEE ITS DONE WITHIN THE TIME LIMIT.” TIMELINE ASIDE, IF WE DONT CALL THEM THERE IS NO FEEDBACK ALSO FROM AIRTEL ON THE STATUS OF THE COMPLAINT REGISTERED.
LATER WHEN WE ASK THEM FOR THE CLAIM, THEY SAY WE WILL CREDIT YOUR ACCOUNT FOR THE UNUSED PERIOD. WHAT ABOUT THE LOSS WHAT WE ARE INCURRING DUE TO NON AVAILABILITY OF TEL LINE FOR CALLS N BROADBANDS. I HAVE TO TAKE A SEPERATE PP DONGLE CONNECTION FOR THIS PURPOSE. ALSO MOST OF MY CUSTOMERS ARE NOT ABLE TO CALL ON THE LANDLINE N WE ARE LOOSING SO MANY ORDERS.
I NEED TO HAVE COMPENSATION OF THE LOSS OF OUR BUSINESS + THE AMOUNT OF TIME WE SPEND JUST TO FOLLOW UP EVERYTIME, MAKING CALLS TO THERE CALL CENTRE SOMETIMES CHARGEABLE + VISITING THERE BR FOR MAKING THE COMPLAINT OR CHECKING THE STATUS + WRONG INFORMATION GETTING EVERYTIME FROM THERE SERVICE TEAM.
PLS ADVISE HOW CAN WE GO ABT THE SAME. ITS A MAJOR PROBLEM.
