I had purchased a lifeline 8 Kg Exercise bike from SNAPDEAL.COM but they had send me the damaged product, after being done the complaint of damaged product with details, then they asked me to send the photographs, after that they assured me to get back in 24 to 48 hours but till the time no response from their side. I had called 3 to 4 times after that on customer care number then also no response.
