Name of company/service: Tata docomo
I am using sim card of tata docomo. Today an amount of Rs 80 was deducted from my main balance for the service which i already deactivated last month. Customer care told me that we can only deactivate the service.but cant return your balance. & they r giving me only information about Rs60 & not about Rs 80.so please kindly look the matter at once.
