Dear sir,

I am imran ansaree, R/o A-358, Phase-1,Street No.6, Metro Vihar, Holambi kalan, Delhi-110082. sir i want to submit a complain against above mentioned company. sir, i had booked a Akash Tablet on 17/2/2012 online and i had make payment by cheque on 20/2/2012 and my cheque debited from my account on 10/3/2012 but i have not received my tablet till date and whenever i called to customer care they excuse and when i asked for refund they never told me that you have to do a mail on [email protected] and i have mailed on it 20day before but still i m waiting for my money.

So this is my humble request to you that please help me to get refund my money.
