OVER CHARGED AGAINST THE SERVICES USED

Name of company/service: VODAFONE

Dear Sir,

I’m using the vodafone services for last 5 years in post paid connection.

In the month of January 2013 i was charged rs 4700/- plus Taxes for using the internet services. According which my unbilled amount reached to Rs 10000/- for that month and my credit limit was only 4500/- for that month. After asking the same to Vodafone customer care they told me that it was according to the dynamic credit limit my unbilled amount reached to 10000/- which on looking in the terms and conditions there is no Claus like that.Kindly help me to clear up this mess. I have done part payment of the bill for the voice call which i have used the services and closed the services and now these people are harassing me to pay the bill.

    Dear ,

    Does it really take too many days to investigate on this issue. where in have even visited your vodafone galary for the same issue. they are also not having any answre for the same and they are asking to speak to to your recovery department and compromise with you
    If you people are jenuen then resolve the issue at the earliest. Or I really need to file a case against you is court.

    Dear Vodafone,

    One more thing your Vodafone galary manager was telling that data usage is not counted in unbill amount but she is failed to show the documents saying the same. and is have collected enough evidence against you people . all the sms you have sent ,allthe mail you have sent to me and the voice call is recorded in which your csr have talked to me.
