Name of company/service: Style-Spa Furniture Ltd.
I have purchased a wooden wall unit model 665 furniture from Style-Spa furniture Ltd., at Crown Interiorz Mall, Mathura Road, Faridabad, on 26/05/2013. I paid the full price of Rs. 17583 through cash and card and was given an order form No. 207965. When asked for original invoice, I was told that the same would be given at the time of delivery.
The said furniture was supplied to my residence on 30/05/2013 at 10 pm in the form of small pieces under loose plastic packings. While climbing through stairs to 3rd floor, the packaging was slipped and dropped by boys, thereby damaging 3 pieces severely. We refused to accept the delivery, but they said the defective pieces would be replaced by the company in due time. When asked for bill, they said the same would be supplied by assembly person next day.
Next day, the assembly person took photos of defective parts and assured the same would be replaced quickly. To my surprise he also didnot bring the original receipt. I called up the showroom, phone no.01294120403 and Mr. Dharmendra there told that the bill was lying there and he would deliver it to my residence early. After that I called him up several times but everytime he assured that the jobs would be done quickly. One day, I visited the shop again but to my surprise, I was told that the invoice was not ready. He would deliver the same to my residence and the the defective parts would be replaced soon.
After repeated Telephonic assurances from his side, the situation still is as it was, Why is the company neither replacing my defective unit nor giving me the final offocoal invoice.
We had earlier complained to the company online through their website, but didn’t get any response thereafter. We have talked to the helpline no. 18004257895. The dealing lady took my phone no. and promised to get back soon, but of no avail.
I now request your department to take necessary actions to sort out the matter at the earliest and oblige.
