Negelecting to attend service and not warrantying

sir,
i bought ifb washing machine on 04.02.2013. model no. AW60-205T
The machine was fault on 06.04.2013 i filed a complaint in ifb customer care complaint no 10586128 but still today my machine is not rectified and i was insulted by the service engineer more than 3 times now a days there is no proper response till today.
