I am a farmer cum business man, having bought Mitsubishi shakthi 180D mini tractor,2 years back, bearing engine no.COA 021596 had some problem on the engine sound ( Working Condition)called VST Tiller’s services dealer from Mayiladuthurai M/s.Sri SSAA ,and they came, inspected and said the tractor has to be taken to their yard to check the engine. We agreed and they taken on 28th MArch 2013 from my place. After several remainder over phone and in person, to get the estimate, Finally after 25 days, Their Sales manager told that the cost may come Rs.15,000,and you need to pay advance for to commence the work. We agreed and Paid Rs.10,000/- as advance on 29-4-13 and repeatedly following up for progress. Either they not responding to our calls or avoiding. Initially they assured to deliver the tractor within 10 days. Then, they said parts are in transit. On 10th may when i asked about the delivery, they said the estimate gone up and the cost for full rectification would be roughly Rs.40,000/- and pay rs.30,000/- more to carry out the work. I really heart breaked, and i feel, i was cheated by the dealer. They simply kept my tractor naked condition on the open area, for the past 100 days, without showing any interest on service. I am prepared to spend money of Rs.15,000/- and expected the tractor for my wet land cultivation for this term crop, on 15th apl 13. But i was forced to hired a tractor at outside for wet land cultivation and spend nearly Rs.24,000/- as charges. I personally satisfied that M/s.Sri SSAA is your authorised person, and trusted. But your dealer was not up to that. Even when i calling their persons, their phone behaviour was very arrogant and doesn’t have the basic courtesy too. Such a big and renowned company like VST has vision and mission towards Farmer, should ensure the good support services. I request the hierarchy of M/s.VST, to solve my issue at an war footing method thro emails. But still there is no progress, even I send mail to their Vice president(marketing).
