Dear sir,
sir i called call service center to know about my offer on date 04/07/2013 he was told me youer offer will activated within 72 hours by conferming throuh SMS.
But i waited on 05/07/2013 at 2.30 pm then i called againg call center to know about my offer, Mr vinod recieves my call answer me youer offer will come 13/07/2013 at 3.30pm.
so i wanted to know about AIRTEL service is why so slow to troubling customers.
pls revert me on my mail and do needful.
