I was admitted in EXTENT MEDICAL AND SURGICAL CENTRE, Barabazar, CHANDERNAGORE- 712136, West Bengal on 29th and 30th June 2013 with a problem found in my previously (NRS, Kolkata) placed PACE MAKER. The Health Centre authority made a summative bill of Rs. 21545.00 including medicine and nursing home rent.
When I see the detailed of the bill, I found that some of the charges have been taken from me for twice. Immediately, I draw the matter in the view of the very authority but they are rigidly denied to clarify.
The objections are as follows:
1. In the bill no 1, Sl. No 9 & 15, the charges are not known to me and the nursing home authority is not ready to give any proper answer, though the authority explained us as medicine charge on the eve of the admission but such type of any medicine are not given to me as my conscious. Paralally a number of medicines that have been charged are also fake.
2. In the bill no.-2, there is the depiction of bed charges as Rs 1550, but the charges like monitoring, ECG Charge, Attendants charges etc are included twice, which should be included with the bed charge.
3. A temporary pace maker was introduced with my running one and a caution money of Rs 6000 has also paid by myself with its 1000 rupees fare per day, but on the eve of discharge I have not refund the caution money at all.
Besides, there are a number of another uncanny with the bills that u can see from the attached bills. Please oblige me by having me the justice.
