This complaint is with refernce to order no. BD6510 made by teleshopping. This order was regarding a portable steam sauna which costed about Rs. 4750. The product was delivered by a regular courier service and they asked not to open the product till the complete amount was paid. I did not recieve the product similar to the one displayed in their website instead it was torn and made out of cheap quality. Upon calling the customer service they gave a very bad and arrogant response. Teleshopping is one of the worst online portal, its just betraying the customers. Kindly look into the matter and please arrange to refund the money or replace the product.
