Micromax service center not responding

Name of company/service: Micromax Mobiles

i have Micromax A89 which is under warranty period the phone was dead and i have given to service center for repair on date-3-june-2013, my job sheet no.3198, IMEI no.911255800100404 and Comp.job no.W03056606133977123. But there is no response from there side till date. they don’t even pick my phone call, the complaint was submitted by the dealer in ville Parle from where i have bought this mobile phone and they have fwd my complaint to:

    i have Micromax A110 which is under warranty period the phone bettry was dead and i have given to service center for change on date-17-july-2013, my job sheet no. n08014607134697239 and Comp.no.mmx0508130873. But there is no response from there side till date.
