reverse back response of Snapdeal

I have purchased Zync 9.7 inch Tablet with Calling-Z1000 from Snap deal on dated 12 /05/2013 at that time snap deal representative assure me that if the product or product service are not satisfactory then you can replaced it within 30 days . In my absences my neighbour has pickup it on 20/05/2013 from courier and I have open it on 31/05/2013. But on starting of this tablet screen are not ok and display resolution is not corrected ,menu icon not visualized properly . kindly help me to resolved this problem because it is matter of trust on snapdeal product . I hope from your side there is a proper solution of this problem.

I have also contact to Znyc Customer care and visit to Surat service center ( that address given by Znyc Customer care) but service center tell me that Tablet display has damaged during the couriering time , only solution is changing of display but it is not cover under warranty and display cost is 6000 / rs .

Against this mail Snap deal Give me the Reverse back the product so that i have reverse it , now my product has received by snapdeal ,but last 20 days i am talking to Snapdeal Representative but they are not giving me positive response to me and not telling what happens with my product neither they are replace the product nor giving the money back .
