Seller Didn’t returned the Purchased Mobile after repair

Hi,
I buy a mobile(Backberry Torch Model 9860) from ebay from seller Nikil Bhagwani (ebay seller ID: omsairam1980) After purchasing the mobile is not working properly, i talked to seller he said to send the mobile back to him and he checked again. I send the mobile to him long time ago (13 jun 13) he not reply me back whether on phone or gmail. I complain it on Ebay but there is no response from there side too. Please help me out.

    hi Amit,

    I am also facing the same problem, I also purchased the same BB 9860, he asked me to send it back for repair and now since last 12 -13 days , he is not picking up the phone. I am also struggling with ebay but fighting for it continuously. My cell phone number is 9910309389, i can also be reached on twitter @swapneshpaliwal and also available on face book. Please join hands to fight together.

    I have already raised your problem as well with ebay if you are the same person who posted your problem on some other consumer complaint portal and mentioned your paise pay id.
