Faulty product delivered

Location/place: Mumbai

Name of company/service: rediffshopping

I had placed an online order for a Coffee maker with Rediff online shopping.
The product was for Rs 259 + shipping charges Rs 80.
Oder was placed on 26th June 2013 and was delivered on 29th June 2013. Mode of payement was cash on delivery.
The nozzle of the coffe maker was bent and loose.
I had send an email to the rediff support immediately. They were supposed to revert in 2 working days.
But there is no response yet in spite of calling several times.

My order no is 8185999 which was placed on 26 th June 2013. It is Braveo latte maker which was delivered to me on the 29th June 2013 by Velocity.
The product is faulty. The nozzle is bend and loose.
