Wrongly charged free 3G facility

This is a complaint regarding issuing wrong charges of 3G facility in my new mobile instrument which was offered by Nokia Lumia 720 absolutely free up to 2GB at the time of purchase of it.

Further to inform you that I already had discussion regarding the said freebies with customer care executives to activate the same but he/ she has requested me to wait for 48 to 72 hours to avail the facility. I personally visited to “idea n u’ outlet at Navrangpura as well as Drive-in Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat for how to activate the facility in my new phone.

At the time of meeting with Customer care representative, nobody was bothered communicated that the ongoing facility of 2G should be discontinued first then after you can activate the free 3G facility.

After waiting of 72 hours, there was a conversation occurred with customer care representative regarding the process of activation of this free 3G facility, he has informed me that the said facility is already activated from the date of 20th June 2013, you can get the facility of free 3G from today onwards without any charges.

I reconfirmed the same and ask him again that there is no any charges deducted from my account? he said No. It is free, you can avail the benefit of it and there is no charges deducted from your account.

Till, these all conversations nobody bothered to tell me the exact process to activate the 3G benefit and you have charged me such amount that is absolutely wrong and out of my knowledge.

I have doing entire execution process as per the instruction given and confirmed with them twice then also they have charged me such amount, it is absolutely intolerable.

These guys are cheated with me and doing fraud.

request you to take me out from this injustice.
