I bought 3 Akai 6611 Mobiles for Rs. 4999/- from Snapdeal vide order dated 31.12.2012 on telephon and received on 03.01.2013, but three months, some technical defects occured and gone out of use. In this regard, I contacted snap deal as no service centre list provided by them, then I was informed that the problem will be solved only service centre but insised about service centre, then I was given service centre list, the service centre list provided by them is also found fake I visited the service centre but all in vain as the service centre provided them has closed since long. I many times contacted to Snapdeal even Akai customer care No. but nothing has been done. I was given complaint no. 2238233 by snapdeal. I again contacted Snapdeal (Mr. Rahul) and give me again same complaint No. 2238223 and provide me two Akai customer care No. 0124-430500 and 18601802524, But when I tried to contact No. one number 0124-435000 also found fake then I tried to contact at second number i.e. 18601802524 I was informed by Ms. Suman that Complaint No. will not be provided to your however you may contact to Sh. Sarik Seth on mobile No. 09958841350 but the number provided by the Akai customer care (Ms. Suman) was also found temporarily out of service then I againt contaced to Akai customer care but nothing has been solved. I wasted my energy/time/money on visiting the service centre but all in vain. I am tired of it. I have disappointed badly. Now I decided to forward my complaint to Consumer For
