Bad Customer Service+fake promises

Location/place: Noida

Name of company/service: Reliance GSM

I purchased Nokia Lumia 620 & the first sim which I used was of Reliance,hence I was suposed to get 1GB 3G Data+Whats App & Facebook ap usage FREE for 2 months.
I called Cust Care several times they were not able to understand this,kept asking stupid quest,said they will transfer my call to supervisor & then disconnected call,then I tried to get help from chat service one gentleman understood my problem said it wil be resolved within 2 days..I thought everything will be fine now.I got 1GB Data but not Whats App & Facebook ap free usage but that too only for 1 month what about next month.I was supposed to get the same for next month too but not recieved it yet.tried calling cust care..they are giving hard time again..Don’t know what to do now..
