I was in roaming and done the recharge of RS 249: 3G Internet Pack for my airtel mobile no : 9717223466 on 20th June 2013 via my ICICI mobile banking app. The Amount was deducted and I got the confirmation SMS of successful recharge, but it was not working and when I checked the balance it shown me 0.00 MB data .Customer care executive told me that I haven’t done any recharge but after a couple of minutes he told me that I have used the data, but I haven’t used it since I haven’t received it till now. Another important thing is that the executive was talking like a illiterate person and instead of listening my complaint, he was interrupting me and forcing to listen his words and he disconnected the call. When I re-tired several times , I was unable to connect to a customer care. Please help me.
