Airtel prepaid to postpaid connection

Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: Airtel

So called useless executives and dumb tele callers from airtel are collected money from us on 5th June to convert prepaid service to postpaid. Collected Rs.400 for the service. informed us that it will get activate on 8th June but din’t. complained sbout the situation to airtel (comp # 50997272). they told us due to some error we not able to process and we will reimburse the money. it is almost 1 month but nobody has turned to attend this issue. we been following these executives from begining and telling cock and bull stories. Following are the airtel personnel.
Shiva Prasad – 8105396075. Collected money and application on 5th June
Tele caller, Rekha – 8105728921 complaint on 8th of June
Executive, Dinesh – 9900689689.

Kindly take up this on priority otherwise thinking to lodge complaint with Police on Airtel.

    9818211331 main is numbr ko nhi janta maine deepak sachdeva ji ko phone lagya tha jinka numbr 9818011331 ye hai but 0 ki jagh maine galti se 2 lag gaya sr meri sirf 10 ya 15 second baat hui hai na hi maine inko koi msg kiye hai na hi koi calle ek calle ke alawa kya maine itani badi galti kr di ki mera nabr kat kr diya aap logo ne ya maine or kabhi calle kiye ho to meri detail cheq kr lo 12 saal se ye numbr use kr rha hu main sr please mera numbr active krdo please

    I dont see any improvements in your service. those people are not responding. I need money back that’s all I want. ur executives are useless people they dont know how to respect customers. they disconnect call in between discussion. teach some mannerism and how to behave with customer. I just dont care what you do with ur people but I want money back.
