Gave fake scheme for not leaving airtel as service provider

Name of company/service: Airtel

Sir,

my airtel number is 9725919059

i decided to port my airtel number to other company by PORTING my number.

as i requested for porting number, airtel representative called me and gave me 2 scheme

1. 1.5 / second call rate plan.
2. 98 rs. 1.3 GB 2G internet plan

1st scheme stated but, when i called 121 for 2nd scheme they said there is no scheme for you like this.

i called after 48 hours as i was notified.

airtel representative called me from this number (079-40008700)

please make needful so that i can get 2nd scheme as said me by airtel representative.
