Wrong item delivered against online purchase

Name of company/service: Oxfordbookstore.com

Ref. Order no. 10003619, Ordered a book through online purchase named ‘Dashti Upanyas- written by Saradindu Bandopadhyay’ (Item code as per order details 000000000011263196). But, item delivered was a wrong one (‘Dashti Upanyas-written by Sunil Gangopadhyay’). When asked, they are claiming, said ‘item code’ belongs to the delivered item. While verified, there were no item available on online portal for the book delivered. When asked for ‘item code’ of my intended order item (‘Dashti Upanyas’- by Saradindu Bandopadhyay), neither they are responding, not taking any steps to replace. If it’s same ‘item code’ assigned to two different items, then oxfordbookstore.com should apologise, correct it, & replace it.
