I purchased prepaid Internet connection from Tikona after I saw advertisement and they contacted me.They installed the connection and I started using it but from the very ist day connection was coiming and going off and on.I complained to the company they sent their technical person to rectify.He rectified and it started for sometime and again went off.Since Nov 2011 I complained several times at last their technical people said that the signal in your area is very bad w3e r helpless.Then I told the company to disconnect and refund my money which has been paid in advance.They agreed and told that as soon as u surrender the equipments we will refund the money.Till today they hv not refunded the money and on the contrary they r now telling that prepaid connection there is no refund.They hv cheated me.
