Forcing to pay unbilled amout without providing details of usage

Location/place: Hyderabad

Name of company/service: Tatadocomo

Three months ago did portability from Airtel to Tatadocomo. Recently went to US on business work. Tata DoCoMo guys raised an unbilled amount of one lakh fourteen thousand on my mobile number 9866651767 within a duration of three days. When I am asking details about the usage they are not able to provide and asking me to wait till next bill generation date. I was fine with that. They have barred my outgoing calls on the same day. I raised a complaint to release the line and they refused to do so. Three days back they barred my incoming calls also and when I am asking to release the incoming, they are asking me to pay the unbilled amount. If I used it, I would have paid the same but I am 100% sure that I haven’t used it. As the mobile number is linked to all my bank accounts I am not able to do online transactions as the OTP is sent to the same number. I am losing business. Even I am ready to pay the bill but requesting them for providing the details of unbilled usage which they are unable to do. Because of their incapability they are penalizing the customer. Request some one to take action on the same and do justice.
