I used Agarwal Movers & Packers service to move my household stuff from Chennai to Delhi . My GC No is 956610 . It had total 15 units including a Bajaj Dicover motorcycle its number was TN 05 S 8633 .
I had clearly told the packing guys that the original papers and key of the bike should be packed separately . After that they took Rs 500 extra for their Chai Pani which was not included in the bill . After 10 days the consignment was received by my mother in law at Delhi as I was out of station . When she asked about the papers and key she was told that all stuff was in the boxes . Again she was forced to pay Rs 500 to workers for their Chai Pani . When I came back and unpacked the boxes there was no bike key and its papers .
When the bike was getting packed its handle was locked and they delivered it in unlocked status which is not possible without its key. Its clear that they had the key and papers . Mr Dheerendra Agarwal at Gurgaon office says that its not his responsibility now when papers have been stolen even after threatening them with a police case . Supervisor at Chennai office Mr Bansilal was not happy with just Rs 500 for chai pani so I guess he took revenge from me by harassing me in this way
I have been writing emails to them but they don’t even acknowledge the mails . When I call customer care everytime they we will get back but no one calls . Without the papers the bike is only a piece of metal for me . Please help .
