Dear Sir /Madam,
I had purchased a spectacles from Vision Express, Vasai West,on14/7/12. I had paid full amount of Rs 4779.30 in advance my order number 8001867761 . Immediately when I started using the spectacles after 2 months the frame of the spectacles started bending.
I had taken it back to the store. They repaired it as per their own convenience.
After two days they returned back the glasses saying that it has been repaired. Even after that I found that it was not at all repaired and again after some time the frame bent.
Again I had to go to the showroom, the reason they gave was the frame bends due to heat is this genuine reason. I don’t stand in front of the boiler that the frame bends due to heat.
I have made four visits to their store for this and I could not get any response from them and every time we go to the showroom there are different people working there.
The glass they have used for the spectacles has also lot of problem. When ever I clean the glass there r stain marks on the glass and they say that those are scratches.
I had been to the store on Sunday for my problem they said they will send it to the factory when I called them on Tuesday they said they will call me and will inform me. But I have not received a satisfactory answer from their side.
Request you to look into the matter and ask them to replace the glass immediately.
