Hello,
I have bought a Kenstar mixer grinder Stallion DX MG-0411.
My motor is not working and while buying i got 12 years warranty on motor
,also mentioned on the Warranty Card. When i contacted the Service Centre in pune “Blue Moon Enterprise “, Ph : 020-24218232 , 9326271006, They refused to provide service and said that there is no such warranty .
Later i mailed the customer care, they sent a person to check the product but without even checking the product they asked for the transport charges and refused to check the product before that.
When asked that if we bring the product to their service center ,they refused to accept and said that transport charges of the service center people will need to given everytime they visit and they left.
Later when i emailed this incident to customer care of kenstar the said they will send someone from service center but its almost more than 2 weeks and no one came from service center yet and the product still needs to be repaired. I have mailed them 4-5 times, made 10-15 calls but no response from anyone.
The product is still in warranty .
The latest complaint number was : 2506130162 . I have raised complaint multiple times.
