we purchased LG refrigerator model no: GL479GEXD4 from Reliance Digital on Feb 22 2013 for RS 46,190/- ,invoice no:000471 and batch no:000165.The fridge was not getting cooled right from the beginning and stopped getting cooled totally in the month of may with all our dairy products, vegetables and fruits getting rotten.
we raised a complaint on June 17th 2013, complaint number RNA130617080993 .
The service person checked the fridge and told us that there is an internal gas leakage which is mostly a manufacturing defect. inspite of our repeated calling the concerned service person and its supervisor our problem is not solved.how can a new fridge of a reputed brand company gives problem in the beginning itself.
how can LG company play with the trust of its Indian customers
we request you to kindly look into the matter and see that we get a new fridge along with compensation.
