I had booked Uttrakhund Packers Pvt ltd to move my house hold goods from Mumbai ( Thakur Village , Kandivali(East)) to New Delhi ( Rohini < Sector-8)) , the goods was loaded from my Mumbai on 5th June 2013 and it has been promised by them that my goods will be delivered to me maximum by 9th June 2013 or 10th June 2013 , basis on that i had made the payment of Rs.4000/- cash on 5th June 2013 and gave PDC of balance Rs 10000/- dated 11th June 2013 ( As per total tariff of 14000/- inclusive of every thing in terms of fair , insurance and service tax) but on the promise date my goods was not delivered and they put an condition that first i clear there balance paymenht than only they will deliver my goods ,though i made the full payment to them on 12th June 2013 still they have not delivermy goods and post that thy stopped responsing on my calls as well as my spouse calls , whene i used to make them call from some unknown number than they used to pick the call and used to give false promise of delivering of my goods and some they used to abouse m e and my spouse by using bad words on the phone. Finally on 22nd June 2013 i have received my house hold goods at 1.34 am , but the goods were in very bad shape , i had given them total 37 articles but i had received only 36 articles , the articles number 20 my double bed matters of Kurlon Company was missing and also one Umbrella was also missing from article number 36. When i had opend my goods the contdition of the goods were in the damage shape , they have broken most of my glass item , even they had spoiled my central table , my refegrator one leg was broken , my metal cubpord right side was totally damage ,my OTS glass door was totally damage.
It's being now one month but till now i have not received my complete goods , when i enquiered about my missing double bed matters they said it will delivered very soon but it's being now more than 10 days they have not delivered my goods and like earlier now they are not responding to our calls.
Dear Team in my entier life of 38 years i have been never ever been mentally harassed the way this packers people has given me mental stress and harassment . Even today my spouse have not come out from the trauma of the tourcher what we have gone through by Uttrakhund people.
It's my humble request please look in to this on priority and give me the Justice.
