Unknown deduction every time a fraud

Name of company/service: Tata Doccomo

my mobile number is 7405732658 i m having this number since almosrt 1 year but every time when i recharge any amount they starts to deduct different amounts from the same and that even without intimation and also says i have activated schemes which is never done from my side its a fraud having millions of customer if i deduct 2 rs frm each client my companies additional income will be 2 million so this is the mind set of such frauds
