tata indicom starts any VAS(value added service) on prepaid customers without any request. then they keep the lines for customer care(which is also a paid servive) busy so that the customer cannot contact. then , they refuse to refund the money after a time frame(say 48 hours). this is pure robbing of people of their money who cannot read a sms or are unable to respond quickly to stop the service. by this way, company is generating millions of revenues daily. what a shame and pity for TATA GROUP
