Purchased a product online but not received the product

Hi,

I purchased an item from Rediff shopping website on date 27-June-2013 morning. I received a confirmation SMS stating that my order number 8189265 has been approved and will notify me when the order gets dispatched. But till 29th I haven’t received any sms so finally I
called the customer care and they launched a complain. They said maximum
by end of the day 01-July-2012 you will receive the product.

But till date I haven’t received even I called the customer care many
times but they are not taking care, they are just saying we are taking a
complain but nothing happens.
