2GB 3G IDEA INTERNET ON NOKIA LUMIA 720 NOT PROVIDED

Respected Sir/ Mam
I bought a Nokia lumia 720 from an online shop homeshop18.It had a promotional offer with 2GB 3G data for 2 months per month. I contacted the IDEA customer care to secure the offer but they were not aware of any such offer.
i contacted nokia afterwards and they told that you need to get a complaint number from Idea customer care so that nokia customer care can contact idea and activate my offer data.
I called back and talked to their CSO Mr. Saurabh Jain (as the name and designation told by the person himself) and repeatedly asked for a complaint number but he refuse again and after a while he stopped talking on the phone pretending as if the line was disconnected and only started talking back after i said Mr. Saurabh you cannot hang the line from your end.

    i was promised that the problem will be solved by 07/05/2013 by 10:29:00 A.M as the message forwarded by your team but the service has not yet started.

    Hi,
    I am using lumia 720. My pack is finished on 22nd Aug. Currently i am in roaming. I don’t know how to get next month pack while in roaming. When i am in roaming can i get use this pack without balance deduction? For your information, on last day i.e. on 22nd Aug itself, I have lost Rs. 7; but actually I had spared internet usage.
