My mobile no is 9387745200.i recharge sms15 pack on 24 apr it will auto renew correctly on 24 may with validity of 30 days. After that they don’t give me 30 days validity pack will finish on 21 jun while validity of pack is 22 jun and also they will not renew my pack if my validity finish early. They said your pack valid up to 21 jun. Any body can count if my pack is renew on 24 may at 0605 hrs. 8days of may and 22 days of jun so my pack is valid up to 22 jun. I got msg on 22 jun early in the morning your pack is renew after one hour i receive another msg your amount 15 rupees is refund. I think they got mistake my pack renew date is tomorrow thats why they refund my amount and i am surprise when i check my balance in night. My sms plan is finish and sms charge is normal . I raise complain regarding validity not given according to plan. After two days solution come you got correct validity. I raise one again validity concern and another details of sms send on 22 jun with time.now company is refuse to give me my money back. They told me you have correct charges apply.
