We have taken AMC of Hitachi Split 1.5 ton AC after Inspection of AC by the Hitachi Engineer in the month of March 2013. On 25th of June 2013 we have lodge a complaint at Hitachi Customer care service about cooling problem in AC vide complaint No. 13062501730. After 2 days Hitachi Engineer has come and checks the AC. He says there is a problem of Gas leakage. We have to refill a gas in your AC. After 2 days another Engineer has come for Gas Refilling, but he says there is a problem in Cooling Coil of your AC and it has to be replaced.
How can be 2 statements are there. One Engineer says the problem of Non-Cooling is gas leakage after checking and another Engineer says Cooling coil is not working without checking the Ac. Both the Engineer has not given any Service report or any other paper regarding complaint. After that no one has come for attending the complaint.
Either Hitachi Engineer wants to make money or Hitachi Authorized dealer. But we are suffering a lot for this.
I would not recommend to anyone for purchasing Hitachi AC.
