I have given my tablet to the service centre for repairing located at Vashi (Mobile point) on 6th June 2013. It’s already being 25 days and they are telling me it will take another 15 days to repair it(which is tentative and not fix). Now I am really getting frustrated because of the time line,. This is question on there service and ability.
According to HCL company policy, customer issue must be resolve within 15 days, but you guys are failed to do the same.
They should provide me an alternative, either provide me a new tablet or cash back my money and keep that tablet or provide me compensate for this.
