Am using a Reliance broadband connection holding Customer ID: 33488804656.
The connection is in the name of Chandra Mohan.

List of complaints:
Charged for a connection which was not working.
The NODAL officer mail address([email protected]) provided by the customer care executive is not working.
No proper response from customer executives.
No floor supervisors are available on the floor (No of calls made:minimum 50 times).
One of the customer care executive was speaking very rude/strange (Mr.RAMACHANDRAN).
Back end team is not sufficient enough to go through the complaints efficiently.

Problem in detail:

The internet connection wasn’t working from the month of April and i waited for about 1 week of time later on i made a complaint that internet was not working.
I came to know that it was because of MAIN cable cut which was not solved for a very long period.
Internet was not working from the last 2 weeks of April 2013 followed by for the whole month of MAY 2013 till 12 JUNE 2013.
My first compliant (Complaint No: 201727467) was on 20th of April 2013. The complaint was closed without my knowledge on 2nd of may saying problem is closed. I came to know about this just today.
Later on i requested for a termination on 28th may 2013 (Complaint Id: 203564923) and they promised me that they will provide the connection.
One of the service engineer came to my house and changed the MODEM on 13th June 2013 after which internet started working.
He (cancellation avoidance dept) promised me for a waiver of Rs:500 which i didn’t ask for and have raised the request on 7th of June without my knowledge.

But i have been charged for the month of APRIL and MAY for the period of time where internet was not working fro Rs:1300+.
I raised request for waiver on 7th(Complaint id:204027573),13th(Complaint id:204330089),18th(Complaint id:204511026) and 22nd( Complaint id:204761424) June. I clearly requested them to give me a reason/call back for my bill before closing the issue.
Till date i didn’t got any callback or confirmation. But all my complaints are closed without any notice.
I wonder how those back end people can close the complaints without my confirmation.

Yesterday (1 July 2013) the connection have been blocked and am unable to use internet. I complained the same to the customer care executive and he said it was due to not clearing the bills.
He was not even ready to listen my words. And was very rude to me.
The name of the executive is Mr.RAMACHANDRAN. Requesting you to take up a severe action against this person.

But why should i pay for a connection which i was unable to use?

Please check my data usage for the given period of time and provide me the waiver for the same (including yesterday on which the connection is blocked) and send me the updated bill for this month from 13th June to till date for which am happy to pay for what i have used.

Expected actions from Reliance:
Please check my data usage from April to till date and send me the updated bill which am ready to clear.
Take action on the customer care executive Mr.RAMACHANDRAN for his Mis behaviour.
Please confirm that you have some floor supervisors to answer our calls at least during peak hours 9AM – 6PM.
Educate the customer care executives to give the right point of contact to the customers.
Teach your back end team to view the data usage and then process the waiver request.
Close the complaints only after confirming with the customer.

If needed, call me back regarding this @ 9663229777.

If you are pretty sure that you can’t provide me a perfect waiver for those period. Please take this as my request for cancellation.

Dear All,

Am using a Reliance broadband connection holding Customer ID: 33488804656.
The connection is in the name of Chandra Mohan.

The internet wasn’t working for about 2~3 months due to main cable cut.
I have made so many complaints and none of them have been answered. I maintained my patience level since it was a problem over the network.
After which i wasn’t able to connect to the internet till 13 June 2013. I called the customer care back to inform them that they can close the complaint but already all the complaints have been closed.
I wonder how those back end people can close the complaints without my confirmation.

I have been charged from the month of May. The service engineer came to my house and fixed the problem on second week of JUNE.
I have applied for a waiver for more than 5 times and all the waivers have been discarded.
I really don’t want to pay my bill for a connection which i haven’t used.

Please check and pass the waiver for the bill amount of Rs 585 (aprox > 580).
Also you are free to check my data usage till the date mentioned above. Requesting you to send me the updated bill ASAP.

If you are unable to provide me the waiver, then please let me know the procedure for cancellation.
