Name of company/service: AirTel DTH

Dear Sir,

I paid 3650 INR to AirTel DTH dated 1 May 2013 by credit card. But till date Airtel diden’t give me a connection as well as refund my money. I send 15 or more email to the customer cares & 3 emails to nodal officer. The customer cares just reward that will get back to you & nodal officer diden’t replay. On 21 June 13 I got a called from airtel they told we will send a cheque by post. The phone no is 0224170341. This phone no is not in use.

Please do the needful.
