I have surrendered my tata walky 0821-6540189 postpaid on 23 Apr 2013 at the 5 light circle office at 1345 hrs and the CSE has confirmed online cancellation of the same. While I wanted my tata photon plus also to be cancelled, she said that it is not with them and got me connected to the CSE. Even after two months of cancellation the TATA people are sending me the monthly bill. I had informed them on 27 May thru a mail when they had sent me abill for Rs.166, stating that it is already surrended, to my surprise they send another bill for Rs421 payable. I had sent a mail on 19 Jun, 27 Jun and 30 Jun and their CSE has spoken to me from 040-66570530 at 2-33 pm on 19 jun 040-66570530 on 27 jun at 4.00 pm and 020-41481818 on 30 jun at 8.27 am and 020-41481919 on 1 jul at 431 pm and 4 34 pm. The problem is still not resolved and they have no system in place to resolve the issue except saying sorry every time shamelessly and taking the consumers to ransum
