I had booked Bus ticket for Journey Jaipur to Indore 16 jun 2013. Bus departure timing was 21.15 (9.15 pm). When I reached Boarding point on time that time travel agent told me your booking bus timing 6.15 pm and he didn’t allowed me to travel and my journey missed. Immediately I contacted GOIBBO.com customer care and I registered my complaint to their executive and he replied me its fault of travel agent and he is ready to refund my money in 6-7 seven days. I waited seven days then I again complained to GOIBBO.com customer care on dated 26-06-2013 for status refund amount that time customer executive again replied me your refund process is ongoing payment will be refund before 30 Jun 2013. I waited 6-7 days again and contacted to GOIBBO.com customer care on dated 01-07-2013 and they replied Refund is not possible because you traveled your journey on your ticket. This very ridicules I need help from your side. My Phone NO- 08308831030
